FAQ

What is the minimum wall thickness?

Aluminum parts: 0.8–1.2 mm depending on design; Zinc can be thinner. Optimized via DFM and trials.

Lead time for samples and production?

Soft tooling samples: 2–4 weeks; steel molds: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.

How do you control porosity?

Optimized gating, venting, alloy control, vacuum die casting, X-ray inspection; leak testing for airtight parts.

Do you offer CNC machining and assembly?

Yes, from raw casting to finished products with CNC, assembly, and testing.
