We operate two distinct investment casting production lines, each with unique advantages:

Silica Sol Process: This advanced process delivers superior surface finish, higher dimensional accuracy, and minimal deformation.

Water Glass Process: A more economical option, this process is particularly capable of producing larger castings.

We professionally manufactures precision casting products from a diverse range of alloys, such as:

Stainless Steels: Ferritic, Martensitic, Austenitic, Precipitation-Hardening, and Duplex Stainless Steels.

Our investment casting foundry is supported by a dedicated workforce of over 170 employees. The facility has an annual designed capacity of 12,000 tons, with a current operational production capacity of 9,000 tons.

Sand Casting Foundry(Steel & Iron)

Leesh Sand Casting Foundry is a leading enterprise in the casting industry. Our sand casting process has won high praise from customers for its high quality, short delivery time and one-stop solutions. We have separate steel casting workshops and iron casting workshops, serving global customers in numerous fields including machinery manufacturing, wear-resistant industry, agriculture, automotive industry, military industry, etc.
 
We are capable of producing products complying with a wide range of material standards such as American standards (ASTM), Chinese standards (GB), European standards (EN) and Japanese standards (JIS). Commonly used materials include various alloy steels, ductile iron and gray iron.
 
In terms of product testing, the company has established a physical and chemical testing center, and purchased advanced testing equipment such as metallographic microscopes with automatic image generation and judgment functions, spectrum analyzers, automatic combined carbon and sulfur analyzers, hydraulic universal testing machines with automatic data display, digital hardness testers, sound velocity testers, and portable X-ray flaw detectors. These equipment enable fast and accurate product testing, providing strong support for upgrading quality control and ensuring that products meet the needs of customers at home and abroad.

Leesh Casting boasts a comprehensive production system supported by multiple advanced processes, including high-pressure die casting, low-pressure casting, gravity casting, and sand mold low-pressure casting. High-pressure die casting enables the production of high-precision, high-performance aluminum alloy castings with excellent surface quality and dimensional accuracy, widely used in manufacturing key components such as automotive engine blocks, cylinder heads, and transmission housings. Low-pressure casting ensures the internal quality of castings while improving production efficiency, making it suitable for producing products with complex structures and high airtightness requirements, such as certain parts in the aerospace field. Gravity casting, characterized by its simplicity and reliability, can produce large-scale, thick-walled aluminum alloy castings, meeting the diverse product needs of various industries. Sand mold low-pressure casting combines the flexibility of sand casting with the advantages of low-pressure casting, providing high-quality solutions for products with special requirements for surface quality and internal structure.
Leesh Forging covers an area of 12,000 square meters, with a business scope including metal forging, machining, and forging production. 
 
The main forging equipment includes 2000T and 5000T free forging hydraulic presses, 50T operating machines, heating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, 4.2T electro-hydraulic hammers, 2T and 750kg air hammers. The main lifting equipment consists of 25 units ranging from 2 tons to 60 tons.

Our forging factory currently has more than 80 employees, including 8 professional mechanical engineers and 15 professional management personnel, with an annual output of 8,000 tons and an annual output value of 70 million yuan.
 
Leesh Forging provides customers with various types of forgings and machined products, including shaft forgings, flange forgings, ring forgings, as well as mining spare parts, steel rolling spare parts, fan spare parts, and marine spare parts. These products are made of diverse materials such as carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, tool steel, and bearing steel.

Leesh Holdings has professional machining workshop, covering an area of 4,200 square meters. It boasts advanced technologies, large production capacity, superior quality, and high efficiency, providing supporting services for manufacturing sectors such as machine tools, railway equipment, digital medical devices, aviation components, and mechatronic equipment.
Our machining capabilities include turning, fitting work, milling, grinding, shaping, 3-axis machining, conventional turning, 5-axis machining, wire electrical discharge machining (wire EDM), and more. Equipped with over 80 sets of various processing equipment, our company operates a scientific quality management system and adopts advanced testing methods—including the application of high-precision instruments such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
CMMs are capable of measuring geometric dimensions, relative positions, geometric tolerances, as well as curves and surfaces of parts, models, and mold products, ensuring the production of high-precision items.

Leesh Fabrication

Leesh Fabrication covers an area of 35,000 square meters and mainly serves fields such as automotive structural components, iron pipe gallery molds, construction molds, and agricultural machinery.
 
It is equipped with more than 30 sets of various equipment, including laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, bending machines, shearing machines, rolling machines, welding robots, and so on.
 
Combined with Leesh’s strong manufacturing technology and engineering team, we can provide professional and reliable long-term services for customers in various industries.
 
In terms of inspection, we can provide in-house magnetic particle inspection, dye penetrant inspection, and ultrasonic inspection services, as well as external radiographic inspection services.
