Forging

Forging Services

High-strength metal components produced by open-die, closed-die, and ring-rolling forging with integrated heat treatment and CNC machining.

About Our Forging

Leesh Holdings provides end-to-end forging solutions for demanding applications in automotive, construction, mining, energy, marine, and heavy equipment. Our process delivers superior grain flow, impact resistance, and fatigue life compared to cast or fabricated parts.

Why Choose Our Forging?

  • Mechanical Performance: Refined grain flow and dense structure for high strength and toughness.
  • Process Coverage: Open-die, closed-die (impression-die), upset forging, and ring rolling.
  • One-Stop: Die design, forging, heat treatment, rough/finish machining, surface treatment, inspection.
  • Quality Assurance: ISO 9001 system, full traceability, destructive and non-destructive testing.

FAQ

When should I choose forging over casting?

Choose forging when you need superior mechanical properties, fatigue resistance, and structural integrity—especially for safety-critical or high-load parts.

What drawings/data are needed for a quote?

3D/2D drawings (STEP/IGES + PDF), material grade & standard, estimated quantity, property requirements, heat treatment, and any machining notes.

Do you provide full machining?

Yes. We can supply rough-forged blanks, near-net forgings, or fully machined parts to print.
