Customized Duplex Stainless Steel Pump Body – lost wax Cast

  1. Duplex SS Pump Housings
  2. Stainless Steel Pump Bodies
  3. Corrosion-Resistant Pump Components

Our customized duplex stainless steel pump bodies are produced using premium duplex stainless steel alloys through advanced precision casting processes, followed by CNC machining for dimensional accuracy. This manufacturing method ensures superior corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent durability, making them ideal for use in harsh industrial environments with aggressive fluids, high pressures, and extreme temperatures.

Grade Heat Treatment
1A, 1B, 1C Heat to a minimum temperature of 1900°F (1040°C), hold for sufficient time to uniformly heat the casting to the specified temperature, quench in water, or otherwise rapidly cool.
2A Heat to a minimum temperature of 2050°F (1120°C), hold for sufficient time to uniformly heat the casting to the specified temperature, quench in water, or otherwise rapidly cool.
3A Heat to a minimum temperature of 1950°F (1070°C), hold for sufficient time to uniformly heat the casting to the specified temperature, quench in water, or otherwise rapidly cool.
4A Heat to a minimum temperature of 2050°F (1120°C), hold for sufficient time to uniformly heat the casting to the specified temperature, water quench, or furnace cool to a minimum of 1850°F (1010°C) and hold for at least 15 minutes, then water quench or otherwise rapidly cool in lieu of water quenching.
5A Heat to a minimum temperature of 2050°F (1120°C), hold casting at temperature for sufficient time, furnace cool to 1910°F (1045°C), quench in water, or otherwise rapidly cool.
6A Heat to a minimum temperature of 2010°F (1100°C), hold for sufficient time to uniformly heat the casting to the specified temperature, quench in water, or otherwise rapidly cool.
