Forging Gear Ring – Hot Forged with 20CrMo5 (1.7264)

High – Quality Forging Gear Ring

Our forging gear ring is a product of precision and advanced manufacturing techniques. We utilize the hot forging process to create these crucial components, which are integral to various mechanical systems.

Materials: 20CrMo5 (1.7264) and AISI/SAE 4119

20CrMo5 (1.7264)

The primary material we use is 20CrMo5 (1.7264). This alloy steel offers excellent mechanical properties. It has high strength and good toughness, making it suitable for applications where the forging gear ring needs to withstand heavy loads and dynamic stresses. Its chromium and molybdenum content contribute to enhanced wear – resistance and fatigue strength.

AISI/SAE 4119

As an alternative, we offer AISI/SAE 4119. This steel grade also provides reliable performance. It has a good balance of strength and ductility. Similar to 20CrMo5, it contains chromium and molybdenum, which improve its hardenability and resistance to deformation under stress.

Hot Forging Process

The hot forging process we employ for our forging gear ring is carefully controlled. Heating the material to a specific temperature range allows it to be shaped more easily. This process refines the grain structure of the steel, enhancing the overall mechanical properties of the forging gear ring. By using hot forging, we can achieve complex shapes with high dimensional accuracy, ensuring a perfect fit in your machinery. Whether you choose 20CrMo5 (1.7264) or AISI/SAE 4119, our forging gear ring is designed to meet the highest quality standards.
