Pump material and valves material selection

In ASTM standard,  CF8M is cast grade 316SS; in the chemical composition of A351, the Chinese brand of CF8M shall be 0Cr17Ni12Mo2. The commonly used standard is the ASTM A351 CF8M.

CF3M=316L

CF8=304

CF8M=316

CN7M=alloy20

Leesh CF8M Valve parts,based on our advanced production facilities, strictly process and quality control, our casting parts has much lower casting defects rates and better surface finish than average.  If you have any casting and machining products want to check the price, please send your email to sales@leesh.cn, you will get prompt reply.

Mainly used for the pump body and the valves

Material Grade Working Temp Working Conditon

Stainless Steel CF3M 316L  –196~600℃ corrosion medium valve
Low temperature carbon steel LCB –46~345℃ Low temperature application

316 is generally collectively, often refers to the rod material, forgings, pipe fittings, etc

F316 is the forging material, P316 is the fittings material

CF8M is in the 316 all-cast form. Different forms of uses are 316 materials are composition content is different,

The valve piece, generally said that 316 refers to the forging valve body or rod material production valve body, CF8M is the cast valve body.
