Precision Casting for
Agricultural Machinery
Sand casting and investment casting solutions engineered for the demands of modern farming — from seed opener discs to heavy harvester components.
Two Casting Processes, One Standard: Excellence
Whether your agricultural part demands the tight tolerances of investment casting or the cost-efficiency of sand casting for larger components, Leesh Holdings delivers consistent quality at competitive lead times.
Investment Casting (Lost Wax)
Near-net-shape precision for high-wear agricultural blades and opener components. Achieve complex geometries without costly secondary machining — ideal for seed fertilizer openers, disc blades, and furrow formers.
- Tight tolerances up to ±0.1 mm
- Excellent surface finish (Ra 3.2 – 6.3)
- Complex thin-wall geometries
- Material: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel
- Part weight: 0.05 kg – 50 kg
Sand Casting
Cost-effective production for medium to large agricultural machinery castings. Proven performance for harvester housings, plow frames, tractor brackets, and heavy-duty mounting components.
- Flexible batch sizes — prototype to volume production
- Cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, alloy steel
- Part weight: 0.5 kg – 5,000 kg
- Resin sand & green sand processes available
- In-house heat treatment & surface finishing
Sand Casting vs. Investment Casting
Choosing the right process depends on your part size, precision requirements, and production volume. Here is how the two methods compare side by side.
Sand Casting
- Surface FinishRa 12.5 – 25
- Tolerance±0.5 – 1.5 mm
- Max Part WeightUp to 5,000 kg
- Tooling CostLow – Medium
- Best ForMedium / Large Parts
- Lead Time15 – 30 days
- Ideal Order Qty10 – 10,000+ pcs
Investment Casting
- Surface FinishRa 3.2 – 6.3
- Tolerance±0.1 – 0.3 mm
- Max Part WeightUp to 50 kg
- Tooling CostMedium
- Best ForSmall / Precision Parts
- Lead Time20 – 35 days
- Ideal Order Qty100 – 50,000+ pcs

From Drawing to Delivery
Every agricultural casting follows our structured 4-stage quality system, whether it is a single prototype or a container load.
Engineering Review
Our foundry engineers review your 2D drawing or 3D model, recommend the optimal casting process and material, and provide a DFM report within 48 hours.
Tooling & Sampling
Pattern or wax-injection tooling is fabricated. First-article samples are cast, dimensionally inspected, and shipped for your approval before volume production begins.
Production & QC
In-process spectrographic analysis, hardness testing, and dimensional checks at every shift. Full traceability from heat number to shipment.
Finishing & Delivery
Shot blasting, machining (if required), anti-rust treatment, and export-grade packaging. FOB / CIF delivery to your port or warehouse.
Certifications & Inspection
Every casting leaving our facility is backed by documented quality control — because an agricultural part failure in the field costs more than the part itself.
